Shipping policy
All orders are processed and shipped within h 5 business days with the exception of our Monthly Book Club Packs and/or Boxes, which will which will be dispatched on or around the 26th of each month. eg: a March Book Box will ship by 26th February. Estimated dispatch times will be displayed on each listing.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Flat rate shipping applies to all Book Box orders and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Stickers and Mini Loot packs will be sent via standard letter post, calculated at checkout based on weight.
some items may offer free shipping and ass such will include this statement in the listening
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at thebookishbandits@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Please note: tracking is not provided for items shipped via letter post, which can take up to 10 business days
Shipping to P.O. boxes
From time to time, we may engaged a selection of shipping carriers to deliver your items, if you would like your order to be shipped to a P.O. Box, please contact us at thebookishbansits@gmail.com
